Meadow Lake Family Housing
MLHA offers affordable family housing units located throughout Meadow Lake. Units are situated in a variety of residential neighbourhoods, with many properties located within walking distance of local schools and parks.
MLHA family housing in Meadow Lake includes 60 semi-detached duplex units and 34 detached houses. Most units are three-bedroom homes, along with a limited number of four-bedroom units.
The duplex-style units are designed with split-level entry access. The upper level typically includes the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom, while the lower level includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and utility room.

The Loon Lake family housing portfolio consists of four detached three-bedroom units located along the same street.

Dorintosh Family Housing
MLHA offers affordable housing units within the community of Dorintosh. Located near Meadow Lake Provincial Park, Dorintosh provides a quieter small-community setting for families and seniors seeking affordable housing options.
The Dorintosh housing portfolio consists of seven units, including both senior and family housing options.

Senior Housing Units
Villa 1 & 2 (a.k.a. The Villa's) 306 - 3rd Avenue West & 305 - 4th Avenue West
The Villa's are 55+ senior housing buildings offering comfortable one-bedroom apartment living in a quiet and community-oriented setting. These buildings are among MLHA's most requested senior properties due to their convenient ground-level layout and accessible common areas.
The Villa's consist of 47 units, including primarily one-bedroom units along with two two-bedroom units
Originally separate buildings, Villa's 1 & 2 are now connected by a shared common area known as "The Hub," which includes a kitchen, seating area, washrooms, and a hairdresser space for tenant use and gatherings.
Each building also features its own lounge area and nearby washroom facilities where tenants often gather to visit, enjoy coffee or tea, and participate in activities such as puzzles and socializing.

Golden West Manor consists of 48 units, including primarily one-bedroom units along with one two-bedroom unit. The building includes a few units with enhanced accessibility features designed to support mobility needs.
